Crossroads Together is a registered charity with over 35 years’ experience in supporting carers and the people that they care for across Greater Manchester and the North West. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the provision of personal care and are rated ’Good’ across all our services. We have an ambition to provide a service that we would wish for our loved ones and ourselves and hold a Centre of Excellence Quality Award from Carers Trust. We pride ourselves on our comprehensive recruitment and induction processes to ensure we provide the very best carer support workers to deliver high quality, person centered care and support in your own home or in the community. We provide support to people of all ages and with any support need including mental health, dementia, physical disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury, children with disabilities, adults at the end of life, older people at risk of social isolation, young carers, young adult carers, carers and anyone else that needs support in their day to day lives.
