Services provided: Putting the individual at the centre of their package of support. YLYW assist with person centred planning; recruiting staff suitable to the individual’s needs, and taking on the task of employing the staff on behalf of the client. We also liaise with health and social care professionals to ensure the clients support package meets their needs.
Services provided: YLYW have an existing client base in Trafford and head office staff allocated to this area. As an organisation YLYW cover the North West of England.
Services provided: Person centred care provision from small roles such as a one off 5hour per week position to 24hr support. Managed account service. Supported tenancy for 24hr services.
