Our digital strategy

The strategy looks at how we can improve our digital offering. It aims to support service modernisation and improvement.

We will continue to deliver and embed the Digital Target Operating Model (TOM). It is designed around three tiers of support for the residents and businesses.

It aims to:

  • increase the range and use of digital services
  • provide a great user experience
  • lower cost delivery models where appropriate
