Our vision
We want Trafford to be a better place for everyone.
We want:
- everyone to have a fair chance to succeed
- everyone to have a voice in decisions that affect them
We cannot do this on our own. We need to change how we work and who we work with.
How we will work
We will lead work across Trafford to:
- bring services together so they are easier to use
- work more closely with partners and communities
- make better use of our resources
We will take a joined-up approach across services. This means working across teams and organisations, not in isolation.
This will help us improve outcomes for residents.
Working together
We will build on:
- our legal duties
- our existing partnerships
We will also develop new ways of working where this will improve services or outcomes.
