New Post Office service is welcomed

The service will be a Drop & Collect branch, and will operate out of Morrisons, Washway Road, from Wednesday (26 November).

The new Drop & Collect at Morrisons, will offer Post Office services from a handheld device, making it convenient for residents. Customers will be able to make bill payments, top-up their mobile phones, and use the collection and return service on prepaid parcels.

The new branch will compliment the current Post Offices in Sale at Sale Post Office, Stanley Square, and Woodhouse Post Office, East Way. It will be open every day from 7am to 10pm.

Cllr Rose Thompson, Trafford Council’s Executive Member for Communities, said:

“This is great news for Sale residents. Now people can pay their bills at the same time as popping into Morrisons to do some shopping.”
