Trafford Council is thrilled to launch its new website this month, introducing a clearer, more user-friendly design to help residents and businesses access information, services and support more easily.
People looking for details on services ranging from Council Tax to parking will notice significant improvements in how information is organised and presented, making it quicker and simpler to find what they need.
The site features better signposting to popular services on its homepage and an enhanced search function to make finding specific information faster and more intuitive.
With over 60 percent of people accessing the Council’s digital services via mobile or tablet, the new site automatically adapts to the device being used.
Leader of Trafford Council, Cllr Tom Ross, said:
“Launching our new website is a key milestone in delivering our Digital Strategy and transforming how we provide services to the public.
“Our website receives nearly one and a half million visits each year, so it’s vital that our online services are easy to use, accessible and fit for the future. Council teams have worked closely with residents and digital experts to create a site that puts users first and makes it simpler for everyone to find the information and support they need.”
Residents are invited to explore the website and share their thoughts via the online feedback survey.
