Pay Planning Portal fees

If you have submitted your application through the Planning Portal you need to pay your fees directly to them. Once you have completed your application, you will be taken to their payment screen.

Pay us online

If you have submitted your application directly through us and not used the Planning Portal, you can pay us online. You can also pay for pre-application advice as well. Payments are made through the Civica Payments Portal.

Help using the Civica Payments Portal

  1. Choose the planning application option from the drop down list. Click 'Select' to confirm your choice.
  2. In the 'Specific Instruction' box enter the address where the planning application is for. It is important you enter the site address so that we can match your payment with your application. Also include the applicant/client name.
  3. Enter a reference for your records. If you have an application number you can use this.
  4. Enter the amount.
  5. Select the address of the person making the payment - or fill the address in manually.
  6. Click 'Add to List'
  7. If the details shown in the payment review are correct click 'Pay'. If you need to amend the details click 'Modify'.
  8. Clicking 'Pay' will take you to the payment screen. Enter your card details, check the amount to be paid and the address of the person paying and click 'Submit' to make the payment.
