Details of other charges that may apply, such as getting additional copies of documents. Fees effective from 1 April.

Service 2026 fee
The full withdrawal or cancellation of a submitted application that has progressed only so far as the database system: the planning application fee paid will be refunded minus the following fee £47.25
An application that remains invalid due to non-progression by the applicants: the planning application fee paid will be refunded minus the following fee £47.25
Researching site histories or providing search-type information from the planning records including copies of documentation £77.45 per hour
Additional information requested from the planning records including copies of documentation £77.45 per hour
Where we do not hold the information electronically there will be an additional charge to the above towards the costs of retrieving the hard files £12.15 per hour
The above charges are for documents provided electronically via Public Access which are on our website. Printed documents incur an additional fee. 66p plus VAT per side A4
Copy of a TPO not generated by a land charge search but within 3 months from TPO confirmation £55.79 plus VAT
Copies of decision notices/TPOs and or information/documentation after 3 months from the date of decision/confirmation £15.44 plus VAT
Additional photocopying 66p

The above charges all include first 4 sides of photocopying; any additional sides are charged as per the additional photocopying fee.
