The LLC1 search, or an Official Certificate of Search form, shows if there are charges or restrictions listed in the Local Land Charges Register. For example:

  • Financial charges
  • Tree preservation orders
  • Listed buildings
  • Conditional planning consents and agreements
  • If land sits within a conservation area
