Apply for planning permission on the Planning Portal

There is a service charge for submitting online planning and building control applications. 

Building Regulations may also be required for your building project or works. You can seek guidance using the Building Control pages including advice on how to submit an application if one is required.

Application fees are to be paid to the Planning Portal by using the payment options that are presented to you as part of the application process and before the application is submitted. There is an extra service charge to the Planning Portal for submitting online planning and building control applications.
