Cost of an allotment

Annual fees for allotments:

  • Full plot (250 square metres): £138.80
  • Half plot: £69.40

From April 2027, the annual cost of a full plot will increase to £144.21. For a half plot, the annual fee will increase to £72.10. This increase is in line with inflation.

For those over 60, there is a 50% discount on the cost of an allotment.

Payment

When paying for your allotment, there is no dedicated option for allotments; select ‘Council Invoices’, quoting your invoice number as the reference.
