Apply for the Trafford Moving fund

Criteria

To apply, you must meet the following criteria for your application type. All applications are reviewed by a panel against the:

• Funds criteria
• Outcomes of the Trafford Moving strategy
• Borough’s sport & physical activity strategy

Athletes

• You can only apply once in the same year
• Be an athlete competing at an international level (evidence required)
• First application for any athlete is capped at £500 per grant year
• Reduces to 20% of ask for next and all subsequent grants are at 10% of ask

Organisations and community groups

• Must be a constituted group or able to work with a constituted group
• Grant beneficiaries need to be Trafford residents
• Working with or supporting a priority group or working in a priority place

Apply

Applications are open all year round. All applications will need to provide:

• Proof of expenditure in line with their application
• Monitoring and evaluations to us and A.S.O UK, the funders
