Strategic Planning Privacy Notice
Our core data protection obligations and commitments are set out in the Council’s primary privacy notice.
This notice provides additional privacy information for contacts on the Strategic Planning database for consultations on planning policy.
We collect, or obtain your personal information for the following purpose:
- To notify you of a consultation on planning policy and inform you how to respond to the consultation.

In order to carry out these purposes we collect and obtain:

- name of organisation (if relevant)

- To fulfil the legal duty to carry out consultations on planning policy and Local Plan documents.
