We commission some services from organisations and agencies. These organisations must have their own complaints procedure. You can complain to them directly and should receive a response.
If you prefer, you can send the complaint to us. With your consent we will forward it to the organisation and ask them to respond. If you are unhappy with their response, or do not receive one, contact us again and we will try to help.
