Who can make a complaint

You can complain if you receive, or want to receive, a service from adult social care. 

Parents, carers or representatives with a vested interest, such as those with power of attorney, or sons and daughters, can also make a complaint. 

In most cases, the complainant will act with the person’s consent, ensuring the process remains inclusive and respectful of the person's wishes.
