Cost of services
The amount you pay is based on what you can afford.
We use a financial assessment system to work out how much you are expected to pay on a sliding scale. The maximum costs of services are shown in the table.

If you disagree with the charges
If you believe you’ve been charged incorrectly for the number of hours of care you receive:
- First, speak directly with your care provider. They may be able to resolve the issue quickly.
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact the Financial Assessment Team for further support on 0161 912 2106.
