To register a death (including still-births) in Trafford you will need to book an appointment with the Register Office. The only way to make an appointment is to call us on 0161 912 3026. Our regular opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.

- A form of ID for yourself
- The deceased person's birth certificate or passport if available
- The deceased person's medical card or evidence of national health service number if available
