TENS with street trading

If your event involves street trading where the public has free access, you will also need a street trading licence.

Late TENs applications

If an application is received less than 10 working days before the event, it is classed as a late TEN application.

The date it is received and the date of the event cannot be counted in the 10 days, (neither can weekends or bank holidays).

If any of the Responsible Authorities object to the late TEN application, a counter notice will be issued.

If an application is received with less than 5 working days before the date of the event, it will be rejected. This means the application will be classed as void and the activities in it will not be authorised.
