How to pay:
- Select "Licensing" from the “all categories” drop-down menu
- Click apply
- Select either "Private Hire Vehicle Transfer" or "Hackney Carriage Vehicle Transfer"
- Use your plate number as your payment reference
- Make your payment

You will receive a payment receipt reference. You must enter this reference on your application form.
