Our documentation guidance for licensing provides extra information on what we will or will not accept when applying for a licence.
You will need to provide:
- V5 log book (page 1 and 2) or completed Green Slip (New Keepers slip).
- confirmation of the change from the DVSA, such as an email showing both the previous and new registration numbers
- insurance certificate showing the new registration number
If you cannot provide all documents, your application will be placed on hold until we receive your documents.
