Our provider timeline gives a detailed overview of the termly funding process to help you plan and budget for the term.

This includes all actions you must take to make funding claims and receive payment.

Academic year 2025/26

Timelines for:

Private, voluntary and independent (PVI) (private day nursery, childminder or pre-school)
School nursery (nursery class of a maintained primary school)

Changes to the timeline are very unlikely. If there are changes, we will notify you.

If a headcount or mid-term joiner is not submitted by the deadline, there is no other opportunity to claim funding for that term.

If you have a problem submitting on the portal, email early.education@trafford.gov.uk before the deadline.
