If you are finding things really hard, you don’t have to cope on your own. There are services that can give you more support.

Trafford CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service)

Specialist NHS support for young people with ongoing mental health difficulties. You can be referred by your GP, school or another professional.

Free, confidential support for young people aged 11 to 25, including counselling, groups and online help. Visit the website.
