Anti-social behaviour (ASB) case review

What it means for you

If you’ve reported anti-social behaviour (ASB) but feel that not enough has been done to deal with it, you can ask for an ASB Case Review (sometimes called a "Community Trigger").

This means the organisations involved will look again at how they handled your reports.

You can request a case review if you or someone acting on your behalf has reported ASB several times and are not happy with the response.

The following organisations must take part in the review:

  • The Council
  • The Police
  • Local Housing Associations
  • Local NHS bodies (like Integrated Care Boards)

The ASB Case Review gives you a chance to have your concerns looked at again by the Trafford Community Safety Partnership, to make sure the right steps are being taken to deal with the problem.
