Request an ASB case review

Anti-social behaviour (ASB) case review
When you can request a review
We must follow the law and set clear rules about when someone can ask for an Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Case Review.
To qualify for a review, the following must apply:
- You (or someone acting for you) must request a case review
- You must have made at least three reports of anti-social behaviour that relate to the same issue or person.
Each report must meet these conditions:
- It must have been made within one month of the incident happening.
- Your request for a case review must be made within six months of your most recent complaint.
- Your reports can be made to different organisations, such as the Council, Greater Manchester Police, or a Housing Association — they don’t all need to be to the same place.
Even if you don’t meet all the conditions, a review may still go ahead. The panel will consider:
- How often the behaviour has happened
- The impact or harm it has caused (or could cause)
- Whether the response from the agencies involved has been good enough
