The full register

The full register does not contain details of HMO licensees or managers. 

It does contain the following information:

  • Number of households 
  • Number of occupants
  • Number of storeys
  • Number of sleeping rooms
  • Number of living rooms
  • A description of the HMO, including facilities and the number of shared amenities
  • Date HMO first licensed
  • The licence conditions applied to the HMO
  • Whether the HMO application has been referred to the Tribunal and if so, what the decision was
  • If flats, the number of self-contained and non-self-contained flats
