Mandatory disabled parking bay

This is usually introduced for the general use of Blue Badge holders close to public building and amenities. It requires a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO), so may take longer to introduce. They are enforceable, so Civil Enforcement Officers can act against individuals parking in this type of bay without a Blue Badge.
