Card security

To prevent unauthorised use of your card, we aim to ensure the highest levels of security and peace of mind whilst using your card online. When making a payment, you will be redirected to our payment services provider Civica you may be asked by your card provider to verify your identity using Verified By Visa or Mastercard SecureCode.

If your card provider is a participant in the scheme you will be asked to enter the security details that you agreed with your provider when you registered your card. Don't worry if you haven't registered yet. You'll have the opportunity to register during the payment process.

If your card provider is not a participant in the scheme, your transaction will simply continue as usual.

Minimum browser requirements when paying online

Please check you are using an up-to-date browser, meeting the minimum TLS 1.2 security requirements, before making any online payments. If you attempt to pay using an incompatible browser, you may get an error, or your payment may fail.
