Information to include

To help us respond to your request, provide as much information as is possible about your proposal. This should include the following:

• A completed pre-application enquiry form
• A site location plan at 1:1250 scale
• Elevational plans of the proposed development, preferably to scale
• Floor and roof plans of the proposed development and a proposed site layout plan, preferably to scale
• Photographs and/or sketch drawings of the site and surroundings
• Any other supporting documentation you consider may be helpful

The correct pre-application fee must be paid. Consideration of your pre-application enquiry will then start.
