Trafford's adopted DPDs

These documents have been formally adopted by Trafford Council and carry full planning weight:

Civic Quarter Area Action Plan (AAP) – a plan to guide development in the Civic Quarter around Old Trafford, including new homes, community facilities and public spaces

Trafford Local Plan: Core Strategy – the main policy document for Trafford, now being updated through the new Local Plan

Unitary Development Plan (UDP) policies – older policies still in force for some areas until they are replaced by the new Local Plan
