Regulation 19 consultation
The next stage will be a Regulation 19 consultation in 2026.
At this stage we will consult on the full Local Plan, including:
- all policies
- site allocations
- designations
Submission and examination
After Regulation 19, the Plan will be submitted to the Secretary of State.
It will then be examined by an independent Planning Inspector.
If the Inspector finds the Plan sound, Trafford Council can adopt it. This is expected in 2027/2028.
