Education Portal Access Form

This form is for early education providers to request access to the Education Portal to administer early education funding.
Requests can only be submitted by the following persons and the information will be verified with the signed Provider Agreement.
Private, Voluntary, Independent (PVI) Settings:
Manager, Ofsted Registered Person or for limited companies a director who can be verified with Companies House.
Schools:
Early Years Funding Contact or Headteacher/Executive Head.
