No Wrong Door

We are currently developing a new community hub in Trafford to support our young people called No Wrong Door. This new hub will ensure that the needs of young people in care, no matter how diverse, are addressed within a team of trusted and skilled workers.

These will include:

• A life and communications coach,
• A police officer,
• Foster carers,
• Family focus workers,
• And a highly skilled team of residential workers.

This team will stay with the young person throughout their journey; whether it’s to prevent care, in care, across care or out of the care system.
