Friends of parks groups will not be charged. A community event with inflatables / fairground rides will be charged the fairs daily hire fee. No bond will be taken but a land hire agreement should be signed. Commercial events will be charged a parks land hire fee on top of the event permit fee. There will be an additional fee if you need to move any street or park furniture such as bollards, or would like to hire any bins. Include any details of such requirements on your application, and we will let you know of the costs when we review your application.
