Play a crucial role in supporting the People function and ensuring the smooth operation of our Altrincham head office. This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities including general administrative support, office management, facilities management, event coordination, and HR support.

Apprenticeship summary

What you will do in your working day

  • General Administrative and Office Management: Proactively manage office supplies and internal/external room bookings.
  • Facilities Management Support: Assist in identifying and addressing maintenance, cleanliness, and health & safety issues.
  • Event and Meeting Coordination: Organise and coordinate company events and meetings.
  • Committee and Event Involvement: Participate in social committee activities and company events.

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business Administrator. 

The training will be completed whilst working full time at our Altrincham site.

The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.
