Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Greene King Customer Team based at Trafford Park. Managing a diverse workload, the team provide exceptional customer service to the Greene King contract. The team is the central point of contact for all enquiries from both internal and external customers.

This position is on a ‘5 from 7‘shift rotation (including Sundays) which will come to 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis, with potential flexibility for hybrid working.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £23,000.00 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Daily contact with customers and suppliers to arrange bookings and service requests
  • Liaising with Green King colleagues across all parts of the business
  • Deliver excellent customer service as part of all tasks
  • General administrative tasks and duties

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • A desire to work in a customer-facing role and provide excellent service
  • Comprehensive computer skills – including Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Possess excellent people skills and be a team player
