Eligibility criteria:

• Anyone aged 19 or above.
• Live in the North East, North West, West Midlands or London.
• Is unemployed, self-employed, working part-time.
• Has the right to work in the UK.
• Anyone who is interested in connecting people across the UK through learning about Fibre Optics and 5G etc.
