About the course:

Are you interested in starting a career in the construction sector? Groundwork runs a number of training courses where you can learn sector-specific skills which make you ready for a job in construction, including

• Joinery
• Plumbing
• Plastering
• Floor & wall tiling
• Painting & decorating
• Practical retrofit skills

Alongside learning a number of new practical skills you’ll have the support of a dedicated Employment Coach who will help you with things such as CV writing, interview technique and building your confidence so you’re ready to take the first step into employment.

• 7 September 2023 to 15 December 2023

Eligibility criteria:

• 19+ 
• Employed either full-time or part-time
• Unemployed
• Self-employed
