We will employ the apprentice for at least the time it takes to complete their apprenticeship programme.

We will pay the apprentices at least the National Living Wage for 23+ years of age, regardless of their actual age including time for off the job training.

We understand that the funding covers the cost of the provision of the apprenticeship training as detailed in the relevant apprenticeship standard available to view at: (https://www.instituteforapprenticeships.org/apprenticeship-standards/).

Any additional training costs e.g., registration of professional bodies will need to be met by the us the employer.

All apprentices must have a signed and dated contract of employment, including hours of work, apprentices home address, hourly rate of pay, and length of contract.

We declare that we are an SME and have no more than 250 employees.
