Trafford Community and Voluntary Controlled Schools - Proposed 2021 Admission Arrangements

Any admission authority that wishes to amend its arrangements for admission in 2021 must carry out the required consultation.  Consultation must be for a minimum of six weeks and must take place between 1 October and 31 January of the school year before those arrangements are to apply. For arrangements which are to apply for entry in September 2021, consultation must be completed by 31 January 2020. The final admission arrangements must be determined annually, whether they have been changed or not, by 28 February in the determination year.

The admissions criteria are proposed unchanged. However, the LA proposes an increase to the Published Admission Number (PAN) of Gorse Hill Primary School from 50 to 60 and to Worthington Primary School from 45 to 60.

The consultation process for Trafford’s community and voluntary controlled schools has now closed.
