For a fee, we can collect large and bulky items not included in our weekly collections, such as mattresses, refrigerators, and furniture.
This service has a minimum, non-refundable charge of £44.10, which covers up to five items. Additional items can be added for an extra cost.

Charities in Greater Manchester may collect, refurbish, and sell your items at an affordable price to those in need. If your bulky items are in reasonable condition, you can donate them to the following organisations:

Electrical and electronic equipment
If you buy a new electrical item, the shop must also take your old one back for free (this is part of WEEE rules).
