If your bill has increased because of a change to your property’s rateable value, you may get transitional relief.

This limits how much your bill can go up each year.

Who can get it

You will qualify if the rateable value of your property has increased after a revaluation and the bill rise is above a certain amount.

How much you will get

The amount is set by the government and changes each year.

How to apply

You do not need to apply for this relief. We will add it to your bill automatically if you qualify.
