You must tell the licensing authority if you move home.

If you are a Designated Premises Supervisor, you must also tell the premises licence holder so they can update their records.

Documents you need

  • ID document such as a UK or EU passport, driving licence or residence permit
  • proof of new address dated within three months
  • new passport style photograph

How to pay

  1. Go to our payments page
  2. Select Licensing from All categories
  3. Select Apply
  4. Choose Personal Variation, Notice, Amendment or Copies
  5. Make your payment and note your receipt reference
