The fee for a vehicle ownership transfer is £27.

How to pay:

1. Select "Licensing" from the “all categories” drop-down menu
2. Click apply
3. Select "Private Hire Owner Transfer" or "Hackney Carriage Owner Transfer"
4. Use the plate number as your payment reference
5. Make your payment

Pay for a taxi vehicle owner transfer

You will receive a payment receipt reference. You must enter this reference on your application form.
