Article 4 Direction

A Boroughwide Article 4 Direction comes into force on 21st December 2017. This requires planning permission to be sought for changes of use from dwellinghouses to houses in multiple occupation. The Council is consulting on the Article 4 Direction between 21 December 2017 and 5 February 2018.
