If you are aged between 16 and 18 and are homeless, or threatened with homelessness, contact Children’s Social Care on 0161 912 5125 or HOST on 0161 912 2230.
We'll conduct a joint assessment with both teams to discuss your situation and any support you might need. This aims to prevent homelessness and, if suitable, help you return home.
