To apply for an accommodation certificate and arrange an inspection, complete and return the application form to the Pollution and Housing Section at Trafford Council.
This service has a fee of £238 (subject to change as of 1 April each year).
You can pay for this service online. Upon payment, a Housing Officer will contact you to arrange an appointment.
