Receiving your certificate

After the inspection, you'll receive an accommodation certificate within 10 working days. 

This certificate confirms if the property meets the required standards and is suitable for the proposed occupancy, fulfilling the Home Office/High Commission's requirements for visa applications.

Accommodation certificates are valid for six months. 

Fees are non-refundable once an inspection has been carried out. A new application and fee are required for each property inspected.
