Council's networking event for borough landlords

Landlords from across Trafford are being invited to a special networking event organised by the Council.

Trafford’s Landlord Forum 2025 takes place on Wednesday 10 December at Trafford Town Hall from 6pm to 8pm.

The Forum has been organised to engage with and encourage private landlords to collaborate and partner with the Council to make a difference to the quality and provision of local housing.

There will be an introduction to the Council’s Housing Options Service Trafford (HOST) team and an update on their recent successes and forecasts. The Forum will also hear from some of our landlords about their experiences working with the Council and other upcoming opportunities.

The National Residential Landlord’s Association (NRLA) will also be in attendance to present information on the Renters Reform Bill and there will be updates on the changes to Energy Performance Certificate ratings that will affect all privately rented properties.

Cllr George Devlin, Trafford Council’s Executive Member for Housing and Advice, said:

“Trafford’s Landlord Forum 2025 has been organised to engage local private landlords in working with our Council teams to alleviate issues linked to homelessness and to support collaborative and partnership working across all areas of the private rented sector.

“Please join us for an evening of important updates and insights and an opportunity to network with the Council’s HOST Team.”

Tea and coffee will be served on the evening and there will be free parking at the nearby Tesco superstore. Book your free ticket to the event.
