Alternatively you can download the forms below and return by post to Building Control Services, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford M32 0TH.

Payment can be made through the secure online payments page or by sending a cheque (payable to Trafford Council) to us.

Health and Safety Executive guidance

If you are doing or having construction and building work carried out you will have health and safety responsibilities to consider and may need to notify the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) before starting work.
