One Trafford Response privacy statement - Organisations involved

The One Trafford Response way of working involves a number of Public Sector partners across Trafford. Each of the listed partners below are a Data Controller as defined in the Data Protection Act in their own right.  This is for the information that they have directly collected themselves.  This means that they have the specific responsibility for this information individually.

  • Greater Manchester Combined Authority
  • Trafford Care Co-Ordination Centre
  • Greater Manchester Police
  • Trafford Housing Trust
  • Job Centre Plus

Each organisation will collect and use information about you in order to provide their own specific public services. However with the One Trafford Response way of working they may collect information from you and your family on behalf of the other partners involved. They may also share information that they currently have about the services they provide to you and your family. This is helps as the necessary information can be gathered in one go and then shared to the relevant organisation.

The information that is shared will be kept together securely. The above listed organisations will be considered Joint Data Controllers for the shared information.

The information that is provided to partners will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Information will be accurate, where necessary kept up to date and will be kept for no longer than necessary, in line with our retention policy.

You have the right to ask for access to any of the information that the organisations involved in the One Trafford Response way of working hold about you. If you want to ask for this information please speak with the Key Worker working with you.
